Monday, March 10, 2025 — Arrest: Stacey Soucy, 54, listed as homeless, Lowell, was charged with possession of a Class E drug (Naproxen 500mg), fugitive from justice on a court warrant, three outstanding warrants (dockets 2511CR000373, 2511CR000894, and 2448CR000936), and shoplifting by asportation.
Friday, March 14, 2025 — Arrest: Luis Ortega Quijosaca, 34, of Lowell, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (or .08%), unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
Sunday, March 16, 2025 — Arrest: Michael Mwangi, 49, of Tyngsboro, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (or .08%), second offense, and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
Sunday, March 22, 2025 — Arrest: Yaritza Perez Rivera, 44, of Lowell, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (or .08%) and a marked lanes violation.
Monday, March 24, 2025 — Arrest: William Pincence, 44, of Dracut, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Drugs (Class B powdery substance) and possession of a Class B drug.
