The following is a compilation of incidents and arrests recorded in the Dracut Police Department's official public log for the period January 2024. All persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Domestic violence incidents, sexual assaults, and juvenile matters are excluded per Massachusetts law (G.L. c. 41, section 98F).
Monday, January 1, 2024 — Arrest: Nathean Soto, 24, of Lowell, was arrested and charged with two outstanding warrants (Docket Nos. 2311CR004658 and 2311CR004546), both on motor vehicle charges.
Thursday, January 11, 2024 — Arrest: Diego Cajilema, 30, of Lowell, was arrested and charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (OUI), unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Saturday, January 13, 2024 — Arrest: Edwin Mahoney, 51, of Dracut, was arrested and charged with three outstanding warrants (Docket Nos. 2148CR000289, 2218CR003273, and 2118CR000869) and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense.
Saturday, January 13, 2024 — Arrest: Joseph Voutselas, 18, of Tyngsboro, was arrested and charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (OUI), leaving the scene of property damage, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and a marked lanes violation.
Saturday, January 20, 2024 — Arrest: Anthony Catino, 33, of East Boston, was arrested on a default warrant (Docket No. 2311CR004490) on a shoplifting charge.
