Friday, May 3, 2024 — Arrest: A motor vehicle stop led to an arrest on Wason Avenue. Matthew Rutina, 26, of Nashua, N.H., was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (or .08%), and failure to stop/yield.
Monday, May 6, 2024 — Arrest: Matthew Bowzer, 26, of Dracut, was arrested on a straight warrant (Docket No. 2411CR001620).
Sunday, May 12, 2024 — Arrest: Elizabeth Penney, 39, of Lowell, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (or .08%), second offense.
Saturday, May 18, 2024 — Arrest: David Doyle, 58, of Dracut, was arrested on a warrant (Docket No. 2311CR003578) and charged with operating a motor vehicle after license suspension and a motor vehicle lights violation.
Sunday, May 19, 2024 — Arrest: Winelys Garcia, 22, of Methuen, was arrested on a warrant.
Friday, May 24, 2024 — Arrest: Dawn Beausoleil, 55, of Dracut, was arrested on a warrant (Docket No. 2211CR000067) for assault and battery.
Wednesday, May 29, 2024 — Arrest: Darren Avery, 54, of Lowell, was arrested on a warrant.
