The following is a compilation of incidents and arrests recorded in the Dracut Police Department's official public log for the period March 2024. Tuesday, March 5, 2024 — Arrest: Juma Kimanga, 31, of Lowell, was charged with assault and battery, vandalism of property (G.L. c. 266 §126A), and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Tuesday, March 5, 2024 — Arrest: Bernard Mbong, 31, of Lowell, was charged with fugitive from justice on court warrant (Virginia).
Wednesday, March 6, 2024 — Arrest: Guillermo Martinez, 45, of Lowell, was charged with an outstanding warrant (Docket No. 2411CR000802).
Sunday, March 9, 2024 — Arrest: Yuri Barbosa Da Silva, 26, of Nantucket, was charged with two outstanding warrants (Docket Nos. 2388CR000337 and 2325CR001603).
Thursday, March 13, 2024 — Arrest: Emanuel Fernandes, 54, of Pelham, N.H., was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (or .08%) and a marked lanes violation.
Sunday, March 17, 2024 — Arrest: Ryan Verdi, 23, of Dracut, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (or .08%).
Thursday, March 21, 2024 — Arrest: Leandro De Oliveira, 37, of Dracut, was charged with an outstanding warrant (Docket No. 2311CR004418).
Wednesday, March 25, 2024 — Arrest: Tracy Bellefeuille, 43, of Dracut, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (or .08%) and a marked lanes violation.
Saturday, March 28, 2024 — Arrest: Benjamin Stone, 42, of Lowell, was charged with three counts of open and gross lewdness (subsequent offense).
Saturday, March 29, 2024 — Arrest: Joseph Wanja, 36, of Lowell, was charged with an outstanding warrant (Docket No. 2211CR003995).
Saturday, March 29, 2024 — Arrest: Monique Russo, 34, of Dracut, was charged with an outstanding warrant for larceny (Docket No. 0754CR003155, Dedham).
Monday, March 30, 2024 — Arrest: Peter Muoria, 24, of Dracut, was charged with an outstanding warrant (Docket No. 2314CR002563) and operating with a suspended license.
