The following is a compilation of incidents and arrests recorded in the Dracut Police Department's official public log for the period July 2024. All persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Domestic violence incidents, sexual assaults, and juvenile matters are excluded per Massachusetts law (G.L. c. 41, section 98F).
Tuesday, July 9, 2024 — Arrest: Keanu Ashtar-Zadeh, 20, of Dracut, was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon, fugitive from justice on a court warrant, and assault and battery.
Thursday, July 11, 2024 — Arrest: Jonathan Tarr, 49, of Linden, N.J., was charged with fugitive from justice on a court warrant, identity fraud, false or misuse of a liquor ID card or license, and forgery or misuse of a Registry of Motor Vehicles document.
Tuesday, July 15, 2024 — Arrest: John Griffin, 58, of Dracut, was charged with open and gross lewdness.
Thursday, July 17, 2024 — Arrest: Brian Gauthier, 58, of Lowell, was charged with an outstanding warrant.
Friday, July 18, 2024 — Arrest: Tyler Rosenberger, 31, of Lowell, was charged with operating a motor vehicle after license suspension, failure to stop, and an outstanding warrant.
Friday, July 18, 2024 — Arrest: Megan MacDonald, 33, of Lowell, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and an outstanding warrant for assault and battery.
Sunday, July 27, 2024 — Arrest: Francheska Ince, 26, of Dracut, was charged with a default warrant.
Friday, July 31, 2024 — Arrest: Jose Mota Rodriguez, 38, of Dracut, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon (M.G.L. c. 265, § 15A).
