The following is a compilation of incidents and arrests recorded in the Dracut Police Department's official public log for the period August 2024. All persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Domestic violence incidents, sexual assaults, and juvenile matters are excluded per Massachusetts law (G.L. c. 41, section 98F).
Friday, August 2, 2024 — Arrest: Joshua Blackburn, 34, of Lowell, was arrested and charged with default warrant (Docket No. 1853CR001400) and vandalism of property (G.L. c. 266, §126A).
Monday, August 5, 2024 — Arrest: Christopher McBride, 32, homeless, was arrested and charged with a warrant from Lowell District Court (Docket No. 2411CR002919, motor vehicle charges), possession of a Class B controlled substance (crack cocaine), and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (G.L. c. 90, §23).
Monday, August 5, 2024 — Arrest: Jason Ventolieri, 47, homeless, was arrested and charged with an outstanding warrant (Docket No. 2411CR002827).
Sunday, August 17, 2024 — Arrest: Matthew Breault, 27, of Dracut, was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a person 60 years of age or older or a disabled person with injury.
Monday, August 18, 2024 — Arrest: Tucker Kateregga, 35, of Lowell, was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a public employee (Dracut firefighter) and Operating Under the Influence of Liquor or .08% blood alcohol content.
Thursday, August 20, 2024 — Arrest: Angel Ramirez, 20, of Lowell, was arrested and charged with a warrant from Lowell District Court (Docket No. 2411CR001690, motor vehicle charges).
Saturday, August 22, 2024 — Arrest: Daryl Baez, 48, of Lowell, was arrested and charged with trespassing.
Monday, August 24, 2024 — Arrest: Keith Slattery, 52, of Peabody, was arrested and charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor or .08% blood alcohol content and a marked lanes violation.
Tuesday, August 27, 2024 — Arrest: Emily Niemi, 19, of Dracut, was arrested and charged with Operating Under the Influence of Drugs and a marked lanes violation.
Friday, August 30, 2024 — Arrest: Felix Sosa Fabian, 50, of Lawrence, was arrested and charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor or .08% blood alcohol content, a lights violation, and a marked lanes violation.
Friday, August 30, 2024 — Arrest: Muriel Wade, 36, of Haverhill, was arrested and charged with assault and battery and disturbing the peace.
