The following is a compilation of incidents and arrests recorded in the Dracut Police Department's official public log for the period October 2025. All persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Thursday, October 2, 2025 — Arrest: Operating Under the Influence stop. Roland Smith, 56, of Dracut, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (OUI, .08%).
Saturday, October 11, 2025 — Arrest: Motor vehicle stop. Byron Quinde Condo, 28, of Lowell, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (OUI, .08%) and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
Saturday, October 11, 2025 — Arrest: Assault and battery incident. Jose Colon Fernandez, 25, of Dracut, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and threat to commit a crime (across two arrest records, case nos. 25DRA-102-AR and 25DRA-103-AR; second count specifies threat to kill).
Tuesday, October 14, 2025 — Arrest: Warrant arrest. Christopher Berthold, 51, of Dracut, was arrested on an outstanding warrant (Docket 2511CR004273).
Friday, October 17, 2025 — Arrest: Motor vehicle stop. Wilson Zuna Guaman, 29, of Lowell, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle (Docket 2411CR001129, Lowell District Court) and was additionally charged with failure to stop/yield.
Sunday, October 19, 2025 — Arrest: Motor vehicle stop. Drew Carbonneau, 23, of Dracut, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Drugs (OUI-Drugs), Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (OUI, .08%), and possession of a Class C controlled substance (mushroom chocolate).
Monday, October 20, 2025 — Arrest: Motor vehicle stop involving a vehicle pursuit. Michael Tennant, 36, of Dracut, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (OUI, .08%, second offense), Operating Under the Influence of Drugs (second offense), possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, failure to stop/yield, and speeding.
Thursday, October 23, 2025 — Arrest: Warrant arrest. Scott Keraghan, 28, of Methuen, was arrested on an outstanding warrant (Docket 2518CR003430) and charged with fugitive from justice on a court warrant.
Saturday, October 25, 2025 — Arrest: Warrant arrest. Blaine Eagan, 27, of Windham, N.H., was charged with fugitive from justice on a court warrant.
Monday, October 27, 2025 — Arrest: Operating Under the Influence stop. Yieth Mao, 41, of Lowell, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (OUI, .08%, second offense).
Tuesday, October 28, 2025 — Arrest: Warrant arrest. Eric Conti, 31, of Dracut, was arrested on two outstanding warrants (Docket 2534CR001533 and Docket 2501CR001220).
Friday, October 31, 2025 — Arrest: Warrant arrest. Michael Hayes, 37, of Dracut, was arrested on a probation warrant for violation of conditions of probation.
Friday, October 31, 2025 — Arrest: Motor vehicle stop. Cristian Gomez, 18, of Dracut, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (OUI, .08%), possession of alcohol by a person under 21, marked lanes violation, and speeding.
