Zoning panel maps MBTA housing zones, plans February public sessions

Dracut's Zoning Bylaw Review Committee discussed MBTA housing-zone proposals and scheduled two public information sessions. Chair Josh Taylor, Vice-Chair Sarah Powling, and members John Svrcek, George Distillaris, Elizabeth Foster, Wendy Sullivan, and Warren Shaw Jr. met to map compliance scenarios, including combined zones at Tennis Plaza and Cascades. The committee will hold a regular meeting February 12 and a public information session February 26 at Harmony Hall, with advertisements on the tax bill, town website, Facebook, and local cable.
Members will individually explain assigned zones at the sessions; Foster and Sullivan volunteered for cable appearances.
