Dracut Zoning Bylaw Review Committee unanimously recommends Warren Shaw Jr. for reappointment and schedules second public information session. Chair Josh Taylor and seven members voted to reappoint Shaw and scheduled a June 11 information session at Harmony Hall to address resident concerns about MBTA-compliant zoning, with flyers to be distributed via Every Door Direct Mail. The committee deferred final vote on the district recommendation pending additional data on unit density in a condominium complex and confirmation that zoning language allows by-right construction under state law.
Members agreed to add social media policy discussion to the April 30 agenda.
