Zoning Board approves comprehensive permit for 2041 Bridge Street project
Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of January 15, 2026
DRACUT — Zoning Board approves comprehensive permit for 2041 Bridge Street mixed-use project. The board unanimously endorsed the development on January 15, which includes market-rate and affordable housing units, granting agreed-upon waivers and conditions jointly drafted by town and applicant counsel. Water and sewer connection fees will be waived entirely for affordable units while paid in full by market-rate units.
Board member Scott Mallory sought clarification on the board's authority to set water connection fee calculations, with Town Counsel Ethan Dively confirming the power derived from the legislative incorporation of Dracut Water Supply. The applicant must next secure Conservation Commission approval for state wetland law enforcement.
