Planning Board continues hearing on 583 Methuen Street open space development.

Planning Board · Meeting of January 28, 2026

DRACUT — Planning Board continues 583 Methuen Street open space development hearing. Engineer Mark O'Hara presented an updated site plan with stone bounds for the open space parcel and an ANR plan for a proposed land swap; Town Engineer Russell Tedford confirmed satisfaction with engineering status, though the Stormwater Manager has required a separate permit. The board voted unanimously to close the public hearing after determining that unresolved Conservation Commission review of farm-access pathway approval would likely require the applicant to return for modifications if access is denied.

A draft decision will be reviewed at the next meeting.
