Planning Board continues G Street roadway waiver request to March
Planning Board · Meeting of February 25, 2026
DRACUT — Planning Board defers G Street roadway standards waiver to March 11. Christopher Clapper, owner of 25 G Street, requested waiver of a 20-foot roadway-width requirement and elimination of a fire-department turnaround, but Community Development Director Alison Manugian clarified that both requirements are governed by fire code and beyond the board's authority to waive. Vice-Chair Mike Buxton requested a stamped engineered plan before further review.
The board voted unanimously to continue the matter, allowing staff additional time to work with Clapper to resolve the issues.
