DRACUT — Planning Board approves veterinary dental center special permit on Broadway Road. Applicant Kristina Feigin will operate Advanced Veterinary Dental Center Real Estate Holding LLC as an outpatient surgical facility while residing on site; the board waived site plan review and approved the combined business and dwelling permit unanimously. The board also unanimously accepted DEP-driven modifications to two prior subdivision approvals: 40 Salem Road will alter wetland crossing details via retaining walls, and 583 Methuen Street will remove a gravel drive to address state environmental concerns.
Summer meetings are set for June 10, July 8, and August 12.
