DRACUT — Planning Board unanimously approves open space development at 583 Methuen Street. Chairman George Nangle and the board voted to approve a Special Permit, Definitive Subdivision, and three requested waivers for 583 Methuen Street, LLC. The board also unanimously approved a construction modification to add fabric and stone detailing to a gravel path, a change requested by the Conservation Commission and classified as a modification not requiring a new Special Permit.
