DRACUT — Planning Board re-appoints Barrett, continues waiver application. Chair George Nangle's board unanimously re-appointed Matt Barrett as an alternate member and unanimously continued the Christopher Clapper application for 25 G Street roadway waiver to March 25. Community Development Director Alison Manugian outlined a subdivision-regulations review, anticipating a draft within two months for public hearing but requiring no Town Meeting vote.
The board also approved 11 occupancy certificates for a Denby and Genest development, pending a Greenmont Avenue survey expected within months.
