DRACUT — Planning Board approves three applications including auto repair permit and roadway standards waiver. George Nangle, Chair, led the board through approval of an ANR plan for two lots at 280 and 290 Spring Road, a special permit for auto repairs at 570 Merrimack Avenue under Keenwood Auto Sales (applicant Rafik Ghaly), and a waiver permitting construction on Fourth Street with a 14-foot gravel road, turnaround paving, pothole filling, and "No Parking" signage. All three motions passed unanimously.
The board continued a Methuen Street special permit and subdivision hearing to January 28 to allow the applicant to address outstanding issues.
