Planning Board appoints second alternate; reviews subdivision regulations.

DRACUT — Planning Board unanimously recommends Christine Therrien for second alternate appointment. Therrien told Chair George Nangle and the board she seeks to learn more about planning processes; Vice-Chair Mike Buxton stressed that members must listen to builders and residents alike. Member Timothy Savage raised workload concerns in a note to Community Development Director Alison Manugian, who said the board will rely on alternates over the next few months before reassessing.
A proposed Wendy's project may be redesigned from two separate drive-through buildings into one consolidated building with a single drive-through and walk-in smoothie service.
