DRACUT — Conservation Commission approves EV charging infrastructure amendment at 10 Commercial Ave. The unanimous vote requires completion of all prior permitted work, mandatory off-site snow removal for any accumulation over four inches, and agent-approved stamped plans before construction. The Commission also heard enforcement cases at two properties: Brite Kleen Cleaners at 1242 Lakeview Ave, which must submit an After the Fact Notice of Intent by April 15 for unpermitted paving and riverbank snow dumping, and 744 Merrimack Ave, where the owner must provide proof of vehicle relocation by April 31 and a contractor agreement for parking lot restoration by April 8.
