DRACUT — Community Preservation Committee approves $778,667 in spending across four initiatives. Chair Bill Greenwood and the seven-member committee voted unanimously to recommend $500,000 from the Historical Fund for the Oliver Coburn Farmhouse and Harmony Hall Restoration Project, $265,000 from the Housing Fund for an ADA-compliant elevator at the Dracut Housing Authority's elderly building at 113 Parker Avenue, and $13,667 for the town's 2027 Northern Massachusetts Regional Housing Service Organization fee to monitor the town's 668 deed-restricted affordable housing units. The committee tabled the Richardson-Moylan Farm application pending additional applicant information and unanimously recommended Stephen Hall to fill an at-large vacancy.
